The project is a new 123,000 sqft U.S Federal Courthouse compromised of special proceedings court, District Court, Magistrate Court, and Bankruptcy Court with all associated chambers and support spaces. Other spaces will include district clerks and probation/ pretrial office. Grand Jury and assembly spaces, and additional spaces for a defender, bankruptcy clerk and administrator as well as for the U.S. Marshal service U.S. Attorneys trail preparation office and GSA.
Marathon is extremely excited to get started! The current schedule for completion will be July 2024. The Marathon staff assigned to this project include James Bowen, our Project Manager on site, our Superintendent Jason Browning and General Superintendent Josh Goodwin will also be heading this project up.
